Our Services
Triple Up Media provides marketing and appointment-scheduling services to licensed insurance agents, financial professionals, and firms. Our websites describe those services and allow prospective clients to submit applications and schedule calls. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Triple Up Media and the client.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for business use by licensed professionals. By submitting an application, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are acting on behalf of a business.
Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Triple Up Media is a marketing services company. Nothing on our websites constitutes financial, investment, insurance, legal, or tax advice, and we are not a licensed insurance producer, broker-dealer, or investment adviser. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Government, the Office of Personnel Management, or the Thrift Savings Plan.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the websites will not exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100). Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable client agreement.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless a client agreement provides otherwise.
